Born in Northern California, Chef Nicole has always had a love of food and Hawai'i. During college, Chef Nicole spent a summer studying at UH Manoa, and that cemented her love of Hawaiian and Pan Asian food. After a brief flirtation working as a production assistant in the film industry, Chef Nicole decided to attend The Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, CA on a whim and hasn't looked back since. Opening NiLoco Motion has been a lifelong dream of hers to share her love of food, drink, and ohana.
